If you are visiting our shop as a guest, you can purchase online using credit card via Stripe payment gateway. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment in full.

Payment of all goods and services is strictly 20th month following receipt of invoice for trade account customers.
Retention of Title: Equip Supply Ltd retains ownership of all goods supplied until full payment in cleared funds of all monies owing by the customer to Equip Supply have been received.
The Customer acknowledges that the effect of the retention of title is that the customer grants a security interest in goods supplied and any proceeds from such goods.
Equip Supply Ltd may register a financing statement in its favor under the Personal Property Securities Act 1999. If the customer has not made payment for any goods on time, Equip Supply Ltd may repossess and sell such goods or any products manufactured from such goods in order to satisfy any outstanding liability.
That under the terms of the Privacy Act (1st July 1993) that you authorise any person or company to provide us with such information as we may require in response to our credit inquiries.
That you authorise us to furnish any third party, details of this application and any subsequent dealings that you may have with us as a result of an account application being actioned by us.
